Lev Jewelry Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Lev Jewelry Referral Program ("Program") is open to past clients of Lev Jewelry who have previously made a purchase. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States or Canada.

  2. Program Details: Upon the first eligible referral that results in a qualifying engagement ring purchase from Lev Jewelry, the referring client will be eligible to receive one (1) pair of lab-grown diamond stud earrings. The referral must be a new client to Lev Jewelry and make a qualifying purchase within the specified time frame.

  3. Limit: Each client is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) pair of lab-grown diamond stud earrings through the Referral Program.

  4. No Cash Value: The lab-grown diamond stud earrings have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

  5. Non-Transferable: The lab-grown diamond stud earrings are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or otherwise transferred to another individual.

  6. Redemption: The lab-grown diamond stud earrings must be redeemed at the time of the first qualifying referral's purchase and cannot be redeemed at a later date.

  7. Limited Time Offer: The Lev Jewelry Referral Program is a limited-time offer and is subject to change or termination at Lev Jewelry's discretion. The Program is set to end on December 31, 2023. Referrals made after this date will not be eligible for the lab-grown diamond stud earrings.

  8. Qualifying Purchase: A qualifying purchase is defined as the first purchase of an engagement ring from Lev Jewelry with a minimum value of CAD $10,000. The value may vary and will be determined by Lev Jewelry at its sole discretion.

  9. Disqualification: Lev Jewelry reserves the right to disqualify referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these terms and conditions.

  10. Modification or Termination: Lev Jewelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and without liability.

  11. Taxes and Fees: The recipient of the lab-grown diamond stud earrings is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees associated with the receipt or use of the earrings.

  12. Release of Liability: By participating in the Lev Jewelry Referral Program, clients agree to release and hold harmless Lev Jewelry and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the Program.

  13. Governing Law: The Lev Jewelry Referral Program and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

By participating in the Lev Jewelry Referral Program, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that any violation may result in disqualification from the Program.
